Our Speakers for the day

Robert Edgington – Founder of Record Games and Create South East alum. Robert’s studio is gaining serious traction, and he credits the Investor Readiness programme with helping secure investment for his game projects.

Jane Gerber – Co-founder of Peanut & Crumb, an award-winning content studio working with BBC, Channel 4 and others. Jane champions women in business and leads P&C’s global growth, including taking their brand Get Birding to SXSW 2025.

Arjo Ghosh – Entrepreneur, investor, and Chair of AudioActive. Arjo founded and sold one of the UK’s first search marketing agencies and now supports creative start-ups and youth-focused initiatives.

Yemisi Mokuolu – Founder of Hatch Ideas. Yemisi works internationally with major arts organisations and runs cultural initiatives across Africa and the UK. Her focus is on empowering creatives and using culture as a catalyst for change.
